Elementary Process/Procedures/Documents

In the San Lorenzo Unified School District, elementary school enrollment is based on student attendance area. Based on your address, students attend their neighborhood school, unless that school site enrollment is impacted. In that case, students will be overflowed to another district school that has sufficient openings. In order to enroll an elementary-aged student, parents would first go to their neighborhood school to learn more about documents required for registrations, including electronic registration on our Aeries Parent Portal (information and link below).

Some of the information that is required is listed in the Registration documents attached. Additionally, there are required immunizations, a dental health exam and residence verification documents that are needed for enrollment. Please refer to the attached documents for more specific information. Please contact your neighborhood school to inquire about office hours and registration times.

New Student Registration

Families brand new to San Lorenzo Unified School District or returning from another District, may begin registering their student(s) online with Aeries AIR.

You will need to schedule a verification meeting after completing the online registrations forms.

  • Elementary and Middle Schools: The school site will contact you to arrange for a verification appointment to complete the enrollment.

Continuing Student Registration - Fall 2018

The District will be expanding its use of the Aeries Student Information System by opening up the Aeries Family Portal in Fall 2010. The portal will improve communication and services to families by serving as a one-stop-shop for registration, viewing attendance status, and updating contact information.
