What is Office 365?

Microsoft Office 365 gives students of San Lorenzo Unified School District access to the web-based versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote using OneDrive.

Based on the District's Microsoft licensing, students can download and install full versions of the Office Suite.

For Students and Families

Each student in grades 2-12 has an Office 365 account, which allows them to use:

  • One Drive (like Google Drive, it’s cloud storage for files that can be shared…or not)
  • Office Online (web-based version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Office downloads on computers, tablets, and Smart Phones as long as they are students at SLZUSD
  • Accounts will be deleted when students leave the District and software must be uninstalled.
