School Loop for Parents & Students

School to Home Communication

"School Loop integrates instruction, communication, and intervention tools into one simple system, so students and their parents know where they stand, what to do, and how to do well."~School Loop

Students and families can stay connected and up to date with student class schedule, assignments, communicate with Learning Team, collaborate with classmates, and read the latest school notifications.

Register for School Loop Account

Parents and students self-register for School Loop accounts, using the student's ID number.

Printable registration instructions are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese:  Parent Registration-English, Parent Registration-Española, Parent Registration-Chinese


On your student's school website, you can find the School Loop Login and Register Now buttons.

Select Language preference: (default) English, Spanish, or Chinese.

Choose Parent or Student Registration

Complete the form, and then click Register Now button to submit information.

For student privacy, each school site must approve parent accounts.  A School Loop "welcome" email will be sent once approved.


Be sure to download the mobile app as well.

Parent & Student Portals

Parent Portals are primarily a mirror of the Student Portal.Parent Portal.png
1)  Icon Toolbar

A Parent Portal has same LoopMail and My Calendar as all other users.  The Classrooms and Groups pull-down menu will access the teacher classrooms and any groups they may belong to.

2)  Academics & Attendance

All grades and progress reports published by the student's teachers are located here.  Recent scores, zeros, and a trend graph are available by clicking the arrow (►) next to the grade.

3)  Zero Alerts, Prior Schedule, Submitted work/Dropbox, & Show/Hide Grades, eMail Learning Team

More details are available by clicking on these buttons and one-click to eMail student's Learning Team

4)  Task List: Current Assignments

Displays current assignments.  Student can check-off completed assignments and the check box will display on your portal.

5)  Calendar

Shows current assignment and events for student.

6)  My Students

A Parent Account is initially associated with a single student.  Parents can use the Add Student button to add other students, enrolled in the same school, to their account.  All children in the same school will be listed in this section of their portal.  Clicking on a student name will switch their view to that student's information.

7)  Discussions

Displays the current replies to discussions in which the parent is participating.

8)  News

All news published for parents appears in this section.
