Flipgrid for Students
Flipgrid is a video discussion platform from Microsoft that helps educators see and hear from every student in class and foster fun and supportive social learning at SLZUSD. In Flipgrid, educators can post discussion prompts and students respond with short videos, whether they are learning in class or at home.
Getting Started with Flipgrid
Your child can access their class Flipgrid from any computer with a webcam. To learn more about students getting started, you and your child can watch this video:
Then, your child will follow these steps to access their classroom Group:
- Click the Join Link or enter the code from their educator at flipgrid.com.
- Log in with their school email or ID from their educator.
- Review the discussion prompt and record their video.
