Aeries Data Confirmation
All families (new and continuing) are required to complete the data confirmation process through the Aeries Family Portal at the beginning of each school year to ensure the district has the most current contact information, and for the district to provide all legally required annual notifications.
After completing the data confirmation process, families can access class schedules and teacher assignments at 4:00pm the day before school starts.
Online Data Confirmation (Required)
*Note: New families can log into the Aeries Family Portal using the Welcome email they received. If continuing families have forgotten their password, click "Forgot password" after entering your email on record. If you continue to have issues, contact the Office Manager at your school site.
▶️ Step 1: Complete Online Packet
- Log in to the Aeries Family Portal using your email on record and the password you were provided. If you did not receive an email with your password, go to the Login page and click Forgot Password.
- Update and verify information in steps 1-3.
- Download and read the September packet from step 4 or download it from this page.
- Give permissions and authorizations in step 5.
- Submit final confirmation in step 6.
- (Optional) Select another student to repeat the process for other children in your family.
