Aeries Teacher Portal

Teachers use Aeries Teacher Portal to take attendance, issue report cards. Elementary teachers are starting to  use the standards-based Aeries Gradebook.  Most secondary teachers are transitioning to the Aeries Gradebook because it integrates with Google Classroom and makes grade reporting easier.

Staff that do not have assigned classes but need access to contact, attendance, grades, and discipline information access Aeries through Aeries.net

Aeries Family Portal

Students and families can stay on top of attendance and grades through the Aeries Family Portal website or app.

Aeries User Group Meetings are planned to keep all school clerical staff informed about Aeries updates, collect feedback in a group setting for collaborative problem solving, and professional development.  Here are the meeting dates for 2020-21 are TBD.

Meetings are held in the IMTC Training Room.  Choose between Morning Session: 8:00-9:15 am or Afternoon Session 2:15-3:30
