Microsoft Office 365

What is Office 365?
Microsoft Office 365 gives San Lorenzo Unified School District students access to the web-based versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote using OneDrive. District students can download and install full versions of the Office Suite.
Each student in grades 2-12 has an Office 365 account, which allows them to use the following tools as long as they are students in the district. Student accounts will be deleted when students leave the district, and software must be uninstalled:
- MS One Drive (cloud-based file storage, similar to Google Drive)
- MS Office Online (web-based version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- MS Office downloads on computers, tablets, and smartphones
Access Office 365
- Go to http://portal.office.com.
- Enter your network login username and password. For example, if the student's username is 12345, the username for Office 365 is [email protected]

Download Office on Computers, Tablets, and Smartphones
Our current licensing will allow every student to download Office on five computers, five tablets, and five phones in their household (potentially 15 devices) for free.
Free Downloads for Families and Students
Free downloads are a part of the Pro+ license, and we receive Pro+ licenses for students in grades 2-12 at $0. Look for the “Download Office” link, and follow the onscreen directions.
