California School Parent Survey

Survey Window – Monday, November 26 through Friday, December 21
Parent involvement is a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) State priority. This short survey provides a means to confidentially obtain parent perceptions about the school's learning environment, school climate, student supports and parent outreach and involvement efforts (e.g., how welcoming, communicative).
The survey also provides data on the scope and nature of parent involvement at the school (relationships, activities) and your child's education in general. The information you provide is anonymous and will help improve our schools. All questions apply to your child’s school only. Results will only be used by the San Lorenzo Unified School District.
