Transcripts

What You Should Know

If you graduated from the San Lorenzo Unified School District and need a transcript, you may request one from the Student Support Services Department at the District Office. Current students of the San Lorenzo Unified School District can request a transcript through your high school office. There is no charge for current students.

For a copy of your transcripts, you can email authorization to [email protected] or call (510) 317- 4764. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. There is currently a delay for transcripts prior to 2007.

Please include: 

  • 1) Legal name used while attending school in SLZUSD
  • 2) Last school attended and the year you left/graduated
  • 3) Birth date.

Include the address(s) of where you want the transcripts sent, or let us know if you prefer to pick them up. There is a $5.00 charge for the transcript order/request.
