Help Us Review Transitional Kindergarten Instructional Materials Options for Adoption

We are beginning the cycle of adopting a comprehensive TK instructional program. These comprehensive programs include instructional materials for reading, writing, math, science, social studies, movement, music, art, and social-emotional learning.

Our timeline

• TK teachers are teaching a sample unit from each program and will debrief on which curriculum they feel will best support our students.

• Educational Services will make a recommendation for adoption to the Board of Education.

• The newly adopted program will be implemented in all SLZUSD TK classrooms.

How you can get involved

• Review the digital materials for each program, as listed below.
