Earn Your Teaching Credential with Our Partner Program
Launch Your Teaching Career with Alder GSE
The San Lorenzo Unified School District partners with Alder Graduate School of Education and Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) to offer affordable, supportive, and accelerated path to become a teacher. In just one year, residents earn both a master's degree and a teaching credential while completing a year-long apprenticeship with a trained mento teacher. Residents join a tight-knit cohort, receive personalized academic support, and benefit from financial aid, stipends, loan deferral options, and discounted test prep. With priority hiring within partner K-12 districts, 90% of Alder graduates secure full-time teaching positions upon program completion, ready to inspire and lead in diverse classrooms.
